Fees
Although far less common than the hourly retainer agreement or the contingency fee retainer agreement, our firm may agree to provide certain legal services on a flat fee basis. This arrangement usually entails one particular task, such as the preparation and negotiation of a domestic agreement under family law, closing a real estate transaction for a specific property, the preparation and filing of an immigration application, the preparation and negotiation of an employment agreement, a legal opinion letter, or any other task that is clearly definable and of limited scope. As with all other forms of retainer with our law firm, a flat fee agreement will be prepared and given to you in writing prior to our firm being retained.
